We recently had to replace the thermostat for our radiant floor heating system. The heated floor was installed in 2023 and this is the first problem we have had. We were pretty sure it was the thermostat when the floor went cold and after a visit from ONDOL-USA electrician, he confirmed it was the GFI in the thermostat. The electrician replaced the thermostat quickly the same day. We are so happy to have our heated floor back in operation and so thankful to ONDOL-USA for their prompt warranty service! We have never been sorry for having heated floors installed in our sunroom and remodeled bathroom. It's the BEST!! We can't thank you enough!
